So pretty! I am trying to place where this is. Of course, not living there I don't remember seeing this. It is lovely. Also, wondering what the blossoms are. I will consult some of my gardening friends.
The flowers look great on the cedar-red wall. And, yes, it's a full blown cascade in late March. I'm still worried about the summer. We'll be in NYC briefly in early May and early July. What's all that Manhattan pavement going to feel like?
I have lived in Birmingham most of my life. I think it's a beautiful, friendly, and interesting place to live. I hope that my daily photographs portray the diversity of my hometown in a positive and artistic way.
I am a former elementary school teacher, a full-time photographer, part-time painter, lover of all things French ( whose français is slowly improving), obsessive Paris traveler, enthusiastic art museum volunteer, grateful community volunteer, and grandmother to 5 delightful grandchildren.

Wait...shouldn't there be a bride and groom at the end of that arbor???
This would be an elegant spot for a bridal photo.
