Les Lumières

Richard Tubb Interiors at the Pepper Place was a nice place to explore on a rainy Saturday. I was fascinated with these wonderful paper lanterns suspended from the ceiling. The reflection was just too good to pass up.

Hi Virginia, I love this shot and it would be perfect for my new meme called Weekend Reflections at my Newtown blog. It's every weekend starting on Fridays.

The photos can have any kind of reflection mirror, water, window etc.

You are welcome anytime.

Very nice V. These used to be all the rage back in the 80's and now (surprise, surprise!) they have made a come back.

I love the double (or triple) framing on this one, V.! Well done!

By the way, as you were not sure about the hotel I posted yesterday, take a look here for a better understanding of the architecture: http://www.farol.com.pt/ :-)

Good eye, as they say. It takes practice and careful observation to pick out such unusual shots.

JM,
Oh yes, you were right. I want to check in that hotel and not check out! I see myself on one of those lounge chairs overlooking that fabulous ocean. Oh please!!!

Bob,
Rain rain and more rain, make for a creative eye my friend.
