Wonderful shot, V. Boz and I chat like this all the time. We may not understand each other word for word, but we grok each other and that's deeper. He's getting old, V. I understand already what you and Cathy mean (Chieftess knows, too).
Maybe the owner explains to his dog not to behave like French dogs do. Do you have in Alabama the signs I put in my last post or the American dogs know where they should go to their toilet? Amicalement de France.
I have lived in Birmingham most of my life. I think it's a beautiful, friendly, and interesting place to live. I hope that my daily photographs portray the diversity of my hometown in a positive and artistic way.
I am a former elementary school teacher, a full-time photographer, part-time painter, lover of all things French ( whose français is slowly improving), obsessive Paris traveler, enthusiastic art museum volunteer, grateful community volunteer, and grandmother to 5 delightful grandchildren.

Love it!
The dog has no idea what he is saying, but bless his heart, he is trying so hard! Very sweet shot, V. Veronique (French Girl in Seattle)
I love this! Man is this dog's best friend.
sweet
so adorable...i wonder what they are saying?!!
This shot made me cry. Reminded me of my Golden, Buffy, who has been gone two years now. Many times we sat and conversed like this. I miss her.
Cathy and it reminds me of my dear Baxter too. I could sniffle along with you!
V
Kelly and I converse regularly...and I'm sure she understands me Veronique...just as I fully understand her!!!

Very witty. I wonder if the dog knows any good jokes - looks like its master needs to lighten up a bit.
it's the guy of my photo of fridays
Makes me sad - my Ginger has been gone for 2 years now - she listened just like that!
