Morning Dew

Rose Garden, Avondale Park

Last Saturday as I made my way through the Rose Garden at Avondale Park, the dew on the almost spent roses stopped me in my tracks. I don't know that I've ever seen dew just like this. It alsmost looked like the petals had been dusted with glitter. Amazing.

Just discovered your blog on someone else's list of favs. With all the trips I have made to many parts of Alabama I have only ventured off the highway at Birmingham to see the Vulcan and snag a bed for the night from my cousin.

Your wonderful photos show me that I have to plan a trip south when I can take the time to actually see more then my scattered kinfolks.

Perhaps, you can identify the barn that I posted today on my site. I know it was somewhere near Birmingham.
