Spring Is Busting Out All Over!

You'll have to pardon my gushing but it's been a long, cold, dreary, wet winter down here in the "Sunny South" and today was just a blessing for us all. I'm not sure what this gorgeous flowering tree is. I'll guess Bradford Pear and hope that a kind reader will correct me if I'm wrong. What could be more gorgeous? Happy sigh!

V, Looks like what I saw in Georgia when I visited and I think you are correct with the name. It's beautiful whatever it is. Happy Spring!

The Bradford pears are in full bloom in Charleston as well...so beautiful. The saucer magnolias are also in full bloom. Isn't spring just wonderful!

Lovely sight indeed! We're in the mid 60's toady under almost clear sky. Rain is suggested for the next few days, though. Don't forget your sunscreen, V -:)
