What is it about little boys and cowboy boots........and ten gallon hats! This little guy was a rootin' tootin' cowboy, and I just loved his spur!!
Merci to my great photography students who helped me pick these photographs!
They are helping me grow as a photographer as much as I'm helping them!
Willie Nelson had a great one today. One of my favs right here.

Oh V - I love this. Makes me think of my life long boy friend. He looked like this when we were little kids together! What great photos. Love your new one too!!
Look at the contrast between those smooth, pink legs and the worn leather boots! I will make no comments now about my legs.
He's wearing better pants than the girl on my blog today....
Lol, where's his pony?!
Yess, culte ce petit cowboy
To me this is new! Only seen this on adults in American films!
Nice shots, and he has STYLE!:)
Wow, carrying the style very well even at that tender an age.... Nice captures!
Pixellicious Photos
I love the tenderness of the hand holding in the top photo. Isn't it fun to imagine what this little cowboy will become when he grows up. Excellent post.
Those boots definitely were "made for walkin'!"
It's the cowboys that get the cowgirls.
Too cute!!
I love him; he looks like a mushroom
I love the boots, and the hat, and the outfit! Makes me super happy that I'm having a little boy!!
Love these ... and poor baby lost one of his spurs!
Did you know that cowboy boots became a Texas official state footwear symbol in 2007?
I saw many cow boys hats in Arizona but this one beats them all!!!
quand il joue au cow boy les enfants ne font pas semblant !!
le cheval est dans le coin ??
he'll grow into them right?
Now this is a cute cowboy, V.! :-) Love the boot shot too.
Bergson,
Non cheval. Quelle dommage! :(
Misty,
Congratulations!
Thèrése,
I should have known! HA
Oh dear. You've slipped into the quagmire of gratuitous cuteness. But you know, there are those who prefer this kind of outfit on 20 year old girls more than four year old boys.
Bob, I'm LOL but we ain't messin' with Texas on this blog!
Oh my gosh, that's adorable!
I had toy spurs, etc., but I'd have died for real cowboy boots when I was his age.
-:)))
gotta wonder where the right spur went. LOL!
Oh oh he's adorable!!! :)))
(Hubby is desperate for a pair of cowboy boots)
It doesn't get much better than this.
What pure cute shot.
That outfit? Only in America.
I LOLed at Bob's comment too!
Totally brilliant and original coverage of this great day, Virginia. A real Virginia take on the event.
