Red Hot!

That about sums up the weather down here. Whew!! Thank goodness for the shade of this umbrella at Chez Lulu's in English Village. It helped.......a little.

Oh my goodness, what a wonderful shot. You feel hot just looking at it. The framing is perfect.

I adored yesterday's boots too!

V, I am right there with Jilly. We're hot enough here but now with this pic it feels even hotter AND what a darling little girl yesterday. Wonder if she's made up her mind yet.

So many bloggers have recently posted RED! Must be the heat. I like this a lot, the color, the angles...

Love the RED! I recognize that umbrella and although it did block the midday sun it was not enough to sit for very long!

The angles and composition are great!

Did you get any rain this weekend?

We had a big storm on Friday. And there were storms in Atlanta this weekend. Hope you're staying cool!

It's really hot here, too! 95 today, 96 tomorrow, etc., etc!

But a little shade doth go a long way!

Lovely artistic photo!

Is the umbrella hiding the four Chili Peppers? :-) So eye catching, just wonderful, V.!

Virginia, I've been missing this week and it's too bad for me. Your shots are just gorgeous every day, and it's not necessarily the subject matter, it's how you shoot it. You can make anything look fantastic, even a plain old umbrella! This is great.

It was so hot today, I got sweat under my contacts and couldn't see. No joke.

Zowie! That is hot. But even better, it has terrific graphic design.

The big thunderstorms cooled things off a bit today but I thought we'd be washed away. I couldn't see the Arch, which is six blocks away but, uh, pretty big.
