Au Revoir Dear Wisteria....

...you'll be missed!

The wisteria has put on a spectacular show around town this spring. Before it's gone for good, I had to share just one glimpse. As a side note, wisteria is ruthless in this southern climate and gives kudzu a run for its money.  It never really "goes away"!!!

Thank you Virginia. It looks wonderful. How is the moving going?

A beautiful plant. But as you say, you can never get rid of it.
Have a great weekend. Virginia.

What a beautiful enemy. The same can not be said with the same enthusiasm about kudzu.

Kudzu-like, but oh so much prettier! New here and so happy to have landed.

This blue is fantastic! Wisteria is blooming everywhere here too and the other day I found a huge one with white blooms, which I don't remember seeing ever!

This is one invasive plant I can't hate. It doesn't grow wild out here, but it does thrive. There's a famous, 100-year old plant nearby that ended up crushing the house.

What we need to do here is find a way to make fuel from wisteria and kudzu. Now who wants to step up and help me with this? Oh I forgot, the oil thing...........
