Beach Burgers, don't let the name deceive you. You don't have to drive down to the Gulf Coast to get one, just to Crestline Village. The giant burgers at the door caught my eye. I love a good burger and hope to get by there one day soon and try one.
I rarely eat burgers, but I love them. The best one I had was about 2 months ago when I had dinner with a friend who happens to be an excellent cook. She mixed Gorgonzola cheese and chopped basil with lean hamburger meat, then fried it in a cast iron skillet. I could not believe the flavor.
