Yesterday I joined some of my
Samford After Sundown students for a little field trip. We gathered late in the afternoon at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens and stopped first at the Kayser Lily Pool. We weren't disappointed. The blossoms were gorgeous, and we had a few dragonflies that performed nicely. After a very hot and humid hour of shooting, as we decided we'd have enough, I decided to take one last look at the lily pool and found these adorable children looking for goldfish.

Not sure if they are looking at the dying gold fish or carps that often were known to be suffering from low oxygen content in the static pond water
Nice shot!
A sense of wonder... captured!
It looks like a real investigation!
A lovely picture and an excellent image.
