Light Rails is a fabulous permanent installation by artist Bill FitzGibbons, funded by the Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham. It illuminates the underpass at the 18th Street viaduct near Railroad Park. The LED lights change colors, and it's a photographer's delight. What a fabulous addition to our downtown area.

Fantastic shot ! I don't know how you were able to freeze the motion in what looks like really low light conditions.
the little boy confirms that he's created a very light-hearted, playful area.
