"God Bless Amiracle"

Well, that's how my granddaughter Laura Kate sings it, and we think it's the cutest thing we've ever heard!   I know that CDP will be inundated with flag photos today from those of us in the good ole U.S.A., but I couldn't resist this photo I just took in downtown Birmingham.

This is SKY WATCH FRIDAY . Go to Tom's place to  see the list of all participants.

America and a miracle (Amiracle) are very close ... America is really blessed with great natural resources, great people, and best of all the great American spirit: ... that all men (and women) are created equal ... endowed with certain unalienable rights ... Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness ...

Happy Independence Day, Virginia. May the spirit of the day as embodied in your Constitution lives on and be a beacon to every humankind longing for liberty, justice, and happiness.

Amazing to stop and think that Birmingham all fits under that one small flag.

Eki,
I couldn't have said it better or more eloquently. I have been very touched by the lovely thoughts expressed by friends around the world today towards the USA as we celebrate this very special day for us. Check out mumbaidailyphoto.com for another amazing one.
