Birmingham Rouge - Legends of Motorsports

One Red Balloon

A while back I first featured photos here of Mountain Brook's Legends of Motorsports Event. You knew I'd find some rouge!

Don't worry about me. I'll just take myself for a walk!

j'aime beaucoup la première photo, le ballon rouge, cela pourrait être la couverture d'un roman pour enfant

I'll take myself for a walk - that's what I tell myself ! Great choice of reds.

I thought the World photos business was over, I thought they had stopped scraping the CDP portal but I am distressed to find that I'm on their homepage again today. So I'm back to posting my warning sign again. Sh** !

Nice captures. I particularly like the lab holding his/her leash. So sweet!

Chieftess, Yes it does look like Iil Bit! I didn't think of that.

Nathalie,
I have quit going to their website because it made me so angry to see all our work being stolen. Grrrr

Love these two. How could you fail with a child and a dog and all that red. Super shots.

Labs are my favorite dogs.

I love self-sufficient pets, especially ones with such a sweet disposition as the one you can see all over that sweetie's doggy face.

Something's been bothering me about the photos.worldnw.com site...I kept thinking about it and just looked up the terms of service...maybe Bob Crowe can interpret this for us all as I know we're all concerned...in the terms of service #6 Property Rights: "...By submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through Google services which are intended to be available to the members of the public, you grant Google a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, publish and distribute such Content on Google services for the purpose of displaying and distributing Google services..."
With all the ads for Google at the top of this site, and given that the site references the original site, I'm wondering if this is what they are refering to in this passage...Bob???

Chieftess,
I think Google would have told us this from the get go instead of sending us all that paperwork to fill out. I don't know. All this legal stuff makes my head spin. I'll email Bob to ask him to address your question though. GRRRRR

That's one of the things that's been bothering me...I couldn't find any explanation about the blog on the blog, although when I clicked on one of the blue links at the bottom (I think it was "blog") a blog came up with a bit of an explanation in the "about" section that mentioned something about advertising and posting people's favorite blog postings...that led me to the terms of service. I remember that when I decided to post a blog myself, I researched photo blogs in regards to their right to use my photos and blogger seemed to be the best as others claimed ownership...if this is a case of Google advertisement, you'd think they'd mention that somewhere in the photo.worldnw blog...
