it would have been an entirely different shot with a tripod. i love what this says about history and about the need to preserve the past.

The squatting down all these years is what the Dr. says did my knees in. I regret that I have to modify it now in order to get down low, which is what I like to do!
Bibi, I hate the tripod and it's a joke with my buddies that I'll do just about anything to get around it. My shots are often not tack sharp, this one included, because of my stubbornness.
That is one excellent shot .. its nice to see things the way the photog is seeing 'em
I still like it. Gotta vintage feel to it.
