Barron's Original Salsa stand at the Pepper Place is a favorite of mine. I make several "passes" each Saturday for free chips and salsa. ( I've been accused of always tasting but never buying, which is NOT true!) When I'm feeling really brave, I opt for the HOT, but most times I settle for the medium. Occasionally, I have a seat on the curb across from his stand and wait for some good photo ops to pass by me. If I'm lucky, he'll "deliver" a few for me! Great guy, great salsa!

Some like it very, very, very mild. See, I'm a very sensitive guy.
After opting for the hot, you would not be able to take such steady shots!

Oh my goodness, your header is mindblowing. Talk about lush. Fabulous. Not sure what this food is but I don't think I'd like it - I'd like the 'hot' part but not the chips or crisps, are they?
