You've inspired me to make an effort to go to a nearby Greek Festival here in Portland. I'll have to Google to get the dates.
Well it for sure looks like Greece. Thanks for showing
this is wonderful, v. please do go back for more!
Given the new immigration law passed in AL this week I hope everyone is documented .. ;-)
Nice black & white image.
Good! We'll get more of it...
Great image Virginia. I love this kind of shots and celebrations!
Holy Trinity Holy Cross - they're covering the waterfront! :-)
Looks like great fun. Some ethnic groups seem to know how to have fun better than others. Now, us Swedes...well, we're about as much fun as going to the dentist!
Opa!!
Nothing like a strong Greek, I say...
The Greeks I've met sure know how to party. And eat.
One of my all time favorite restaurants was a Greek restaurant in San Pedro...Papadaki's...fabulous food and Greek dancing...and a kiss at the door for all us ladies!!! The food (especially the lamb) was the best this side of Greece...sadly...it closed it's doors not long ago...I miss it...
