I waited as long as I could for the first, but not the last of the pumpkin photographs this season. They come in so many fascinating colors and shapes now, I'm snapping them right and left!
Oh yes! Perfect pumpkin and perfect photo. The light and shade, the composition, those berries. Perfection to me, not to mention this might make pumpkin soup one day, which I adore! Super super shot.
I have lived in Birmingham most of my life. I think it's a beautiful, friendly, and interesting place to live. I hope that my daily photographs portray the diversity of my hometown in a positive and artistic way.

Great shot, pumpkin and composition. No more to say.
you've certainly started with a beauty!
Wow Virginia! Really nice!
Beautiful! I love the colours and the way the delicate branches cast their shadow.

Ooh, so festive! Love the colors -- and the berries are a delightful addition.
Reminds me, I need to get out and pick one myself.
Hooray for autumn and these colors and shapes! Hooray for the variety! Bring 'em on!
I could use a nice slice of punkin pie and a latte
Oh that shadow, Virginia I'm jealous!
"Perfect pumpkins"? That's not a bad variation on the song. In fact, it's quite clever.
Now, do you buy a pumpkin and carve it up and set it out on your front porch for Halloween?
I hope you bought this one for its rich color and vibrancy!
It's beginning to look a lot like ... something. Whe do some people try to grow thousand pound pumpkins? We need a mental health expert on that one.
This one is really gorgeous and the colors are so warm...
