Strange, the hanging piece. I wonder if the three black things have a function (microphones, security cameras?) If I ever visit I'll sit off to the side of the sanctuary. ;)
I have lived in Birmingham most of my life. I think it's a beautiful, friendly, and interesting place to live. I hope that my daily photographs portray the diversity of my hometown in a positive and artistic way.

The new header kind of thrumms with vegetable power. The architecture in today's pic is beautiful - reminds me of the dome of the Pantheon.
