It is a barren and lonely scene, as Bob says, but that is a tip of the cap to the photographer and her ability to tell a story with her composition. Many thanks, VJ.
I have lived in Birmingham most of my life. I think it's a beautiful, friendly, and interesting place to live. I hope that my daily photographs portray the diversity of my hometown in a positive and artistic way.
I am a former elementary school teacher, a full-time photographer, part-time painter, lover of all things French ( whose français is slowly improving), obsessive Paris traveler, enthusiastic art museum volunteer, grateful community volunteer, and grandmother to 5 delightful grandchildren.

Foreboding is a good word for the mood of this one!!!
ooo ooo ooo will you link on Tuesday, please?
That's a barren and lonely scene. Reminds me of some of the cemeteries in rural western Ireland where my grandfather came from.
