Yesterday was the annual Fishing Rodeo and Bike Paradeat Avondale Park. Open to kiddos 15 and younger, the pond was stocked with some big fish! Here are just two I caught. More on the Bike Parade later.
Since my background is as urban as it gets, I never learned about fishing. Still don't really get it. Heaven forbid having to cut one open. Maybe it's the meditative quality.
