After my post (here) about The Arbor, some of you requested to see more of it. Blognote wanted a peek at the courtyard so I was happy to have an excuse to go back for another photo shoot there. Today, two fountains from The Arbor that I think you will enjoy.

Hi, Virginia.
I have nearly lost myself in this sweet nocturne; it's really soothing and peaceful and luckily it continues while I write to you.
It really goes so nicely with the Fountains of Youth.
I was going to enlarge on your comments that you left on Adelaide DP. It was so nice to hear from you.
Perhaps I'll respond on my blog; - it's so placid here, I might disturb this lovely ambiance.
Merci et à bientôt à Adelaïde.
Virginia, a few days in Paris will not be enough at all, I think you definitely need some vacation in Provence.
De très jolies fontaines ... l'accompagnement est très reposant ... pour un début de journée.
Bon week-end
Yes, I have enjoyed the fountain photos. And Michael Dulin.
Bonjour Virginia !
Agréable début de journée...
Promène-Toi bien, et nous avec Toi, et mets-nous encore de jolies photos...
A bientôt.
Oh, how I love that first shot with the background fountain fading into blur. I can just hear that water trickling.
Gorgeous shots as always, Virginia.
Oooh, stunning photos! Somewhere I have a photo of a "spitting lion" taken in a nearby town, and maybe I'll dig and post it for you!!
So, V..I can se that you are reaching out towards trying to capture the essence of flowing water. You could have hours of fun capturing the changing mood around these fountains.
BTW...yr regular appearance on RuT is appreciated Tks!
That is the best or better way to catch a fountain. It shows the side most never see. I like it. It almost reminds me of an old Danish masterpiece done with lots of oil washes.
Virginia,
I am really enjoying your photographs. Since I don't get off the farm much, it is a great way to travel.
Lori
If you listen close enough you can here the water!!
Awesome!
This looks so real, I believe water is dripping on my keyboard! Lovely perspective.
Gorgeous fountains. I love the top shot with the background blurred. So pretty!
Virginia,
Your photos are just stunning! I have enjoyed visiting your blog on a daily basis and am so glad I have discovered your site! I especially love these fountain photos...just beautiful!
Hey Virg!
What a blessing to do what you love and be so darn good at it!
I'm thinking of printing a few for a Birmingham Wall in my house. You know I have to do things on the cheap! I could do a plaque with your picture and a sign that you're my sistah friend! :-)
Sistah!
I am thrilled you stopped by for a visit. If you will frame em I will give em. I would be honored to hang out on your wall. Email me. Give the Purse Sisters a hug for me too.
Hope and Tanya, Lori, Jill and Kathleen
You are so kind to visit so often. Merci!
Emilane, Welcome. Where do you live in France?
RR, Oh dear, hope the drips don't short out you computer-ha.
M Benaut- Color me verte avec envie regarding your grand tour de France.
What a lovely whole-ists experience you've given us today. The Nocturne is so moving - a contemporary piece instilled with Chopin.
M Benaut said what I was going to say. There is tranquility in a fountain and in this music. Have a relaxing weekend!
Both of these are gorgeous! I love the perspective on the first one and the black and white on the second. Well done!
nice variety of photos. The sepia image is so great, with the partial view outside.
I love your header image!
Ah, yes, peaceful. None to be found here, though. It's gonna be quickstep march instead of nocturne, Red Bull instead of sweet tea until I get out of here. Then, the aluminum tube for hours and hours and hours. We used a frequent flyer award to upgrade to biz class, so you can swill champagne to your heart's content. Then, perhaps, some peace.
Oh Joe, I mean S.T., say it isn't so!!! Flyin' on a jet plane to...Japan?? Thank your lucky stars for "bidness class!" Whooo eeeee, we won't be that lucky. Keep in touch. Just one glass of bubbles pour moi? I have no clue how to say "Bon Voyage" in Japanese, but you know what I mean!
TAg! I tagged you.
Beautiful photographs and music. Love the clarity of that first photograph.
I left a message for Melissa on Monte Carlo DP (two days ago) and answered her question about the restaurant with the flowers.
Oh, Virginia, thank you so much for the fountains and the Nocturne!!!
I have been away these last two days so I could answer you only now to thank you for your wonderful present, which I appreciate so much!
Two art shots, nice work!
Tis is the kind of imagery that is sorely missing on the island. W have the landsacpe and have beocme lazy with the architecture and sculptures.
Two great shots. The red and green is a very striking combo in the first and the bubbles bobbing in the econd are just splendid.
Great job, Virginia.
I have taken quite a few fountain photos and none of them came close to as beautiful as yours.
Beautiful! Nicely done!
THey are both beautiful and beautifully captured, V. I prefer the bottom picture though. Somehow the sepia tone makes it look more classic.
