D, Don't worry about your camera. It's what you do with it that counts and once you get started it gets easier. I took one last night that I will post tomorrow, that I could kick myself for not taking more time to set up. I am still trying to rush it through! Hope you got the tip sheet I sent.

Am I am so glad you have taken up the maxim it isn't the camera but what you do with it and encouraged others. It really is true. Genuine is the word for all. In an plastic world it is refreshing to see such workaday people living a life. I may have to do a sneaky 100 strangers. Images of people they don't know have been taken. I think you might find the local (wild)life interesting. Keep on.
Bob Feel free to photoshop that fixture right out for me! That is a skill I have not mastered yet obviously! As I have shared with you, I am still rushing to get the shot without being a bother or stopping someone from doing their job etc. and don't set my shots up as well as I should. I have got to slow down and think before I pull the trigger.

Ok I will be doing the unofficial 100 strangers. nO neme just for a laugh.These will be snatched images of the residents of Ramsey. Colud be brilliant could be a disaster.
Re the light out of the ear waiter. In time you will find you will access the background and note it. I once worked with a brilliant wedding photographer who had a 6th sense for this kind of shot and never ever got caught out by the background. Believe me I have done this in the early days. My old boss once old me " you don't make mistake you aren't doing anything" exactly. Of course I would insistIi I did it that way purposely.
