Lately I've been re-examining the photographs I've held onto for dear life but wondered if and when I'd ever use them. Today a little Mini Series of chandeliers that I think together make a "statement"! The top one is from an antique store near the Pepper Place. The bottom two are from Kevin Irwin's studio!

les chandeliers sont très esthétiques et très photogéniques. beau travail sur la lumiere
chandeliers are very aesthetic and very photogenic. great job on the light
I love what fanciful creations people make of chandeliers. I once saw one made from elk antlers...oh.
Chandeliers are all works of art and you captured these beautifully.
A wonderful series, but soon you will be able to add more when walking around Paris!
I like the mardi gras bead covered one - funny and colorful!
BTW: Do you know some kind of website or something that has listings for concerts and whatnot in Birmingham? I wonder if there's anything going on around there Memorial Day weekend.
One week to go? I'm getting excited for you.
Nice serie ! Bientôt la France ;) Bon week end !
Chandeliers create such a mood, your friend Kevin must find all kinds of inspiration in them. Can't wait for the forks and spoons.
They definately make a statement! Love the photo of the top one. So when are you going to show us the one hanging in your lounge room?!
Hi from NYC. These pix are interesting! The light-dark in the top one and the plain, tarnished metal with wacky Mardi Gras certainly set a style.
Was the portal down for a long time today? I tried to look here and there and couldn't get it.
Hey Marley! I do have a chandalier in my boudoir! Didn't think about that one. Thanks for the link via email. I'll watch it tonight!
Bob,
I've been on my hamster wheel today so I don't know wha's up with Blogger. Having fun in NYC? We need photos.

Not sure. I'll try and find out. I'm not an "in the know" person for the night life !HA
Oh, BTW, guess the air vent gave away the location of the mardi gras beaded chandelier, la toilette at Kevin's studio. You gotta love it.
Love the daisies in your header shot! And, also like the last chandelier with the beads!
