Pablo Picasso

2nd photo is really lovely - the gentle, artistic hands.
(Ooh la la on the new avatar photo.)

Virg, you always capture the life in people even when you only shoot their hands or feet. These are wonderful!

Great shots. I loved to play with clay as a kid and still play (with clay and other material....) as you'll see in my photo today! Check it out.

I have to agree with Picasso. I've seen so many adults whose drawing skills never progressed beyond their 3rd grade level. Sad.

Lovely photos with all the light and shadows.

This is why I refuse to grow up. You see things so differently. The interplay of light and shadow is heavenly, angels light falling onto the little angels. OMG!Did I say that. Not long now!

Both the theme and the work with light and shadows speak to me. Your photos are just wonderful.

How many more sleeps before the big leap, two?

What creative youngsters. I like your photos. The light and shade (I sound like Paula Abdul!) are wonderful.

That top picture is enchanting - such a face, so expressive! There's hardly an adult who could make it.

Getting excited yet?

My Dear Friends,
Yes i'm getting so excited and experiencing some bittersweet moments. I'll miss my three granddaughters and Kathleen and Jason. I'll also miss my dear friends. It's a chance of a lifetime and they all will be with me on my travels. I hope you'll follow me on the trip of my lifetime!

V, your work on these pages is so exciting. I can't wait to see what you send in from Paris (with a tripod, no less)! You can always just buy all new clothes when you get there.

Elise,
I'm thrilled we figured out how you can comment! Now you can let me have it! HA

Bob,
Thanks, I was taken with this series although I knew it might not be "popular". The light was just so wonderful I couldn't stop snapping photos!

Thank you everyone. Your comments, as always, help me grow as a photographer.
