Birmingham Rouge - Watch It!

As promised on Theme Day, another look at the Irondale Chamber of Commerce's "office".

I'd be sure to watch my step coming aboard, but is there a similar sign for when you get off? I am always super-cautious when getting off a train....there's that dark gap....oh.

I love the deep red and pale ochre!

The composition here has such simple elegance. I love the blocks of vivid color and the ominous dark quadrant...the unknown...which is underscored by the WATCH YOUR STEP...which could be literal or symbolic. Wonderful, V.
