Built in 1925, the
Massey Building in downtown Birmingham building has my favorite columns and lovely detail work... but you have to look up. I was on Third Avenue N. this week and decided to try and find a new way to look at this wonderful landmark.

Thats a great shot. When I saw it first with a half eye I thought that it was a spiral of a wooden watermill . The Massey Building is for sure also a massive building. Thanks for showing us Virginia.
