100+ Strangers Challenge - Le Chanteur

Stranger #102

I returned to the Magic City Art Connection again yesterday, and I'm very glad I did. What would you think the chances would be that I would walk by someone singing French songs in Linn Park in downtown Birmingham, Alabama? Well, I was very fortunate to find Michelet Innocent playing the guitar and singing a French chanson, and with a beautiful voice, I might add. I couldn't get my money out fast enough to purchase his CD L'Existence. A very nice "Paris Moment" right here at home.

D'accord avec Olivier. Je vais me renseigner sur ce monsieur. --Oh, hey! I'm writing to you in French--undoubtedly because I read Olivier's comment. Anyway, great photo of a nice-looking, congenial chap.

V - I just clicked on his name and his home page came up - wait a few/several seconds and a beautfiul version of La Vie en Rose started for me. I wish all will be this fortunate! It did take a bit - but worth waiting for.

I agree with Bob, what a great quality portrait. It is both technically pleasing and very spirited. Michelet Innocent seems such a genuinely nice man.

How unfair that many of your previous commentators managed to listen to his songs, I clicked on the links but nothing happened. I'll try again now.
