Exploring Railroad Park

The opening of Railroad Park brought many families out this fine day to have a look around and .. kick up some pinestraw! These little guys had fun in this area made entirely with the original hand cast bricks and cobblestone that were wisely kept during the excavation process.  Throughout the park they have used these  as borders, barriers etc.  Good for you RR Park designers!

COMING TOMORROW:  The first BADP "Write Your Own Title Contest".  Everyone is welcome, enter as many times as you like.

Hurrah to the park designers and to you for this photo. Love your autumn flower banner, too.

These two match from the shorts down. Are they twins?

BC,
I think they were. The other had a cute little bucket hat but Mom said he wouldn't keep it on! The little guys in Paris always had these same hats. So cute.

Too funny Virginia. The park is the topic of my post today too.

my gosh, that looks like so much fun. I'd need it scaled up for me to frolic there.

I love watching little boys or girls play. Thanks for the peak.

Bravo to the park folks for preserving the beautiful stone. The kids seem to like it, too.
