I am in Paris this week. My photos are preposted this week. In addition to the Birmingham photo I am including a Paris photo from my last trip in March, 2007. From time to time I may leave a comment from Paris. Thanks for stopping by. Bonne weekend!

I hope the condo market in B'ham is in better shape than it is in Vancouver. I'm not sure if anyone is buying new condos here these days. It's a fine looking building, for the southeast that is.
What's WAR EAGLE!!!! V.?
This is a lovely photo, Virginia! Who is telling whom a "Once upon a time" story?
Hello Virginia !
Very High this old building...
Le Jardin des Tuileries est vraiment joli à visiter...
See You later !
No wonder you were in your jammies all that day. You worked overtime on these posts, kiddo. We're all just bowled over. I don't know if we'll ever recover.
I hope you'll find again this statue today, Virginia, and without rain if possible...Take care and mind your handbag...
I hope it is warm in Paris this week.
I think this is my first trip for a while. I am in Brookville, Ohio and it is cold this morning – 13 degree Fahrenheit = -10.5555556 degree Celsius. If I were just walking past you on the street I would probably smile and nod my head. I hope you would too. LOL
Wow, that photo of Eva is very sweet. I like it.
The blog and I have finally bonded. It says, if you want to stay in Paris a little longer, that's fine. It'll survive. Yesterday's cupcake activity was a success and today we're opening at lemonade stand at the end of your driveway and selling those puppies and a little libation. Oh, hope you don't mind that we used the rum to spike the lemonade.
I am happy to see old buildings saved from the wrecking ball. Hopefully converting to condos will save it.
I love your photos of the Tulleries. I will be staying just a few blocks away and look forward to finding the places you photographed last year.
Really looking forward to the new ones. So sorry about your friend Karen's purse being stolen. It reminds me to be careful with mine when I go.
23 more days to Paris for me.
DC,
My blog is going to have to hop to when I get home
Or maybe joint custody is in order!
I am contemplating a separate blog for Paris photos. What do you guys think.? I had my second nice conversation with Jilly tonight from Menton/Monte Carlo and she thought it would be good. Am I up for another????? Yikes. I have used 4gb of memory already and have one day to go. Maybe Obsessive Compulsive Disorder medication is in my future.
Alice,
Karen got some money wired tonight and we hoofed all the way to the Opera House to fetch it. We are SOOOOOO Parisian now. We went to la tour by Metro today and did not get lost or have our wallets stolen. Then we walked alll the way to the Arch and Champs Elysees. Got fussed at for taking a photo of the US Embassy. Well I HAD to have a photo fo where the action was yesterday! Hugs again for all your help,
Tomorrow is MUSEUM DAY- Louvre and Musee ROdin.
V
Karen,Watch your purse in the streets near TUileries.
ABe, I know you would smile. Everyone in paris has been so nice to use, except the pickpockets of course. I got cursed in french today by one of those obnoxious keychain sellers at the Eiffel Tower. I took his picture....waaaaaa!
Web, wish you were here.
Blognote, I knew you would like this pic.
I am so jealous. I really love Paris. Your pictures are wonderful.

V. would love a paris trip photo blog, just hope you don't limit us to one photo a day!
V, By all means - I add my "YES" to a Paris blog. Now don't be sorry to return home - we'll all be waiting for the zillion photos you've taken AND as far as your night photos - you've got to save something to work on on your NEXT visit. In the meantime I am on my way to your driveway and some of D.C.'s lemonade!
The bottom photo is stunningly beautiful, V!
Wow that is a great looking building. I really enjoyed my visit to your blog and added you to my followers list so I can return often. Great work, you do your city proud.
Cheers!
