Birmingham's Rapid Transit System

Why be in such a hurry to get to work?  Relax and relive days gone by.  Let Birmingham's rapid transit system get you where you need to go at a leisurely pace!

I am in Paris this week.   While I am gone, I will be preposting my blog. In addition to the Birmingham photo, I will be including a photo from my last trip to Paris in March , 2007. From time to time, I may leave a comment from Paris.  Thanks for stopping by.

Too much. Paris overload. I am bursting with envy .... still, even for the grey days and rain. Even the rain in France is special. Have another good day. Bresson remember.

Lovely.

The blog cried a little last night. It misses you, but I told it you'd be home soon with lots of little goodies. That seemed to help.

(And by now, I'm sure you're rethinking your decision to have me blog sit and the resultant anthropomorphism of your blog... I'd be rethinking that, too, if the tables were turned!)

Oh, I remember that exact spot! I think not far from there is where I purchased my sketching of a Paris Street - beautiful!

Lovely photos! I would love to ride the streetcar to work everyday! That would be a treat!

Love the trolley, but of course all I can concentrate on is the Paris bridge. Fabulous! I'm sure you've blown through another memory card on your camera. Are you getting time to eat and drink?? And what's this about a possible PDP get-together on the 25th. You must get in on that action!! Enjoy!

trolleys are the best esp. when they are RED - we rode one last summer in the mountains (Mammoth) - definitely enjoying the Paris photos - can't wait to see the new ones.

Hi!

I am writing to find out about the picture of the trolley you took. Do you know where it was or how I could contact a company for it? My sister had rented a trolley in Birmingham back in 2000 for her wedding. It was used to shuttle guests from a nearby church to our home. I am getting married this summer and have been looking all over for the trolley! Any information would be a big help! Thanks!
