I have lived in Birmingham most of my life. I think it's a beautiful, friendly, and interesting place to live. I hope that my daily photographs portray the diversity of my hometown in a positive and artistic way.
I am a former elementary school teacher, a full-time photographer, part-time painter, lover of all things French ( whose français is slowly improving), obsessive Paris traveler, enthusiastic art museum volunteer, grateful community volunteer, and grandmother to 5 delightful grandchildren.

J'adore la menthe! Belle photo, V. Veronique (French Girl in Seattle)
oh, the mint julep please.
Or maybe they are just for smelling and not consuming.

Great shot. I love the hands.
The taste of mint sounds great to me!
I'll try that mint in a mojito and find myself some shade to share.
Hmmmm...I'm liking the mint julep or mojito...can't decide which one though!!!
Tabouleh!
You guys are so good. I didn't think mojito or tabouleh!! Love both.
