Here's the Dirt

17 years ago Joy Maples and Martin Ledvina created the first Alabama Dirt shirts and Earth Creations was born.  Yes they were dyed with Alabama red clay!  Since that time their line of organic tee shirts and other naturally dyed products has grown and grown. I spotted these at the their Pepper Place booth recently.  An Alabama grown company that we should all support!

"Touch the Earth gently" It's my first time seeing in writing such a delicate "slogan."

I've got several "Alabama Dirt" shirts, but I made them all myself 8-). I like theirs better, more uniform color.

Oh! I love this and I know just what you're talking about, that red clay is so much a part of our lives here in the South.
