This lovely dancer with the Zivah Sapphirah Middle Eastern Dance Troupe performed at Art in Avondale Park recently.

It seems inconsistent that in some Middle Eastern cultures women must be covered up, except when they are dancing.

Hmmm. Maybe that is not so inconsistent after all.
