Cool In The Pool

Have mercy, it's 100 degrees here this week, and I'm thinking this evening shot of the pool at the Country Club of Birmingham might just cool us off!

This week,  right here in Birmingham,  the USGA Mid-Amateur Championship Golf Tournament is in full swing at The Country Club of Birmingham, Oct. 5-10.  Admission is free, so you golf lovers out there need to make plans to stop by.  I was there Saturday for the opening, and the course looks great.  Please check the links for more information.
