I told you it's rained and rained and rained around here , so why not throw the spotlight on RUST!!! These tables at
Architectural Heritage on Birmingham's southside are beautiful examples of rust at its best. Rust and peely paint.... sometimes a good thing.
Dusty Lens, this one's for you since you're the king of rusty ummmm....stuff!

I seriously love this!
Nice! I like to see layers...
très beau, j'aime cette idée de ce gros plan
My favorite subject and color - The Rust.... love to capture it red and orange.... although feel sad for the deteriorating iron... :-(
I've posted a new picture of which I can't figure out the title... thought, may be I should take help of my friends... do check it out... - Pixellicious Photos
Looks like all that paint may be holding all that rust together.
With it's textures, colors, and patterns, is there a better photographic subject than rust? Well probably, but like you show here, rust makes for intriguing detail photos. Thank you!
Great minds and all that ..
These are wonderful and a lot safer looking than the one I posted
Another rust fan here! These are great shots.
Taking advantage of the (Rainy) situation and beautifully!!!
I enjoy the earth tones.
Better look at it than touch it!
Hey V, you've got to get outta this rust! Oh, wait. Rut?
Actually these are very interesting photos...and I think it is most appropriate to dedicate #2 to Rusty Dusty.
There is just something about rust that is just dying to be photographed. Great shots, DL would be proud.
The top one sort of looks like it's been through a weenie roast more than left out in the weather. By the way, are you plagiarizing? Didn't Beethoven write an Ode To Rust?
This makes me think of the Joan Baez song diamonds and rust!
