Meanwhile our interstates and roads are still impossibly clogged with stalled/wrecked/abandoned cars and with the expectation of low temperatures again tonight, the refreezing will make it even more difficult. The good news is that many people have gotten home or at least to a warm place and most, but not all of the teachers and students that spent last night in their schools, have been able to go home.

Lovely!
That looks like fun. But I was watching the national news last night and y'all were featured and it didn't look like any fun for sure! Can't believe the traffic mess! Stay safe and warm!
This has to be a rare site!
The kids really do look happy!
The up-side of snow storms!!!

Who owns a sled in B'ham?
Another impassable night? Frightening. Snow/ice is moving back in here Saturday night.
