Reflections in a Puddle
As you know by now, we are in the throes of a brutal heat wave. I can't remember when my yard has looked so ......crispy! This puddle in a downtown alley is a nice memory of a rainstorm a few weeks ago.
I'll be short on comments for a few days. I'm off to spend time with dear friends. I'll check in from time to time!

Mon Nouveau Parapluie
"Into each life some rain must fall." I say just pop open your chic Parisian parapluie and enjoy the view overhead.
Ella Fitzgerald and the Ink Spots have a tune for you today. You'll be very sorry if you don't give it a listen!
* I'm not at all certain my français is correct today.....quelle surprise! Correction s'il vous plait.

Rain, Rain, Go Away!
Today, in the rain, I visited my friend Billy Angell's Oak Street Garden Shop and Market. I had to tuck my camera inside my rainjacket at times, but you know raindrops are a photographer's dream. Have a look. BTW, the header is courtesy of Billy's place as well!
