High Chairs

I don't have a clue!
Continental Bakery

Interiors Market
Looks like the only ones that can reach these chairs hanging from the rafters might be the spiders.

Oh I get it, high chairs, not highchairs!

I was pretty sure I was going to be greeted by a shot of a kid with Pablum oozing out of his mouth.

Doesn't look like a comfortable zone over there :-D I feel the one who can climb up on that hanging chair and sit on it would be a great achiever :-D

Love that first photo. Perhaps it's a precious chair from way back, hence the display. (An original from the bakery?) Love the colours in this photo. And what a strange ceiling with the wooden criss-crosses. Most attractive actually.

Shaker style or merely forgotten to be taken down after the floor was washed? Regardless they are chairs and its always fun to look up

The problem with this form of display is if you want to discretely know the price, it ain't going to happen

Perhaps they could have found another way to discourage people from sitting where they don't want them to sit. This seems a bit extreme. I mean, it must be hard to climb all the way up there! ;-)

I like the way you cropped the second one, they look like they're floating in the air. I especially like the header, it's spooktacular, really wonderful.

Chairs are a passion of mine. I like seeing them elevated to the height they are worthy of.

Taking a break from school work and work work to do a little surfing through your posts and catch up with you Ms. Virginia. You'll look splendid in your costume tomorrow. Hope its a fun day for you and your young GKs. I love the masthead photo, BTW. Is that out in front of your house? The exposure is perfect and the scene very inviting!

kim,
Thanks for stopping by. The header is my daughter Melissa's front porch. We made those ghosts a few years ago and they are still saying, ""Boo!"

Love it. Did Marcel Duchamp spend some time in Birmingham? Dali? Magritte? Ceci ne'st pas une chaise.

Bob,
Yeah, all of those have spent a lot of time here, hence their fame and fortune!:)
