Today, in the rain, I visited my friend Billy Angell's Oak Street Garden Shop and Market. I had to tuck my camera inside my rainjacket at times, but you know raindrops are a photographer's dream. Have a look. BTW, the header is courtesy of Billy's place as well!

You're wishing it would go away, and we are happy it's here. It hadn't rained here for a looooong time until last night.
Love your pumpkin.
belle profondeur de champs, bientôt elle sera orange et prête pour Halloween ;o)
i like this drops
A lovely still life.
Gorgeous pumpkin shot!
I wonder why 'Squish' are so photogenic?
Lovely .. tho that pumpkin looks more like a green bell pepper ...
Such a patina to the pumpkin. (Oh, I wish I could tell a good mushroom. We get so many out here after a good rain -- what a waste.)
Next time we get some mushrooms here I'll take some shots for you, V. Maybe you can figure them out. In the mean time, I'll just enjoy these pretty shots.
Could you send us some rain. We haven't got any all summer long... no monsoon over Chandler this year!
white pumpkins, V? i've never seen a real one but in your pictures. love pumpkins ... one of the most photogenic fruits, i think.
it's been raining too where i am. been trying to get good pictures of the rain. haven't got a descent one yet.
Are they anemic? Got at by those Southern Vampires. Rain, tell me about it. All it seems to do here. Think my mojo is kicking in.
This is the sort of pumpkin known in Australia as a Queensland Blue. Very tough outer skin.
I like he raindrops very much.. we are having good weather for Autumn. I went on a walk to a nearby park and this year they have added a sculpture walk... if you have time nip over and check them out... ;o)
Wiggers World
Nice shots.
I like how raindrops make everything look bejewelled.
Soft rain, (water) and hard rain (snow), time to crack a bottle of red and watch the show.
I am waiting in anticipation of the gorgeous weekend we are promised
That is sure a strange looking watermelon! ;-)
Would not be that nice with the sun rays!!!
A lovely crying pumpkin...
