This is really neat in the large version. I love detail and the whiskers are sharp as a tack.

Eeyore,
Thanks a bunch. "Sharp as a tack" is not a phrase that applies to my work very often! It was Sat. when it pouring rain at the Pepper Place.

Without a shadow of a doubt your best. I honestly would have been proud to have taken this. I just know he's so interesting, outsiders are.

WEll B, you're right . He is a piece of work . More on him later. Thank you for your comments. That meant a whole lot my friend.

Thanks Everyone!
I"m a little busy and overwhelmed with packing so I didn't write much about Lonnie today, but I have more posts in the can for days to come. He is one interesting artist.

The countdown continues and I'm getting a little anxious about it all. A big step for me this time. Tomorrow night I've invited a group of friends together here so I can say, "Au revoir" to each of them. Stay tuned!

Nice portrait! You DO excel at those people shots!

Beautiful. There is so much personality and perhaps sadness. The near-silhouette with just a bit of face visible, especially the eyes, is a very strong effect.
