This Door Has Closed

The bright and colorful doors have closed. Red Rain was a fixture in downtown Homewood for years. They offered earth friendly, cruelty free products and some nice plants as well. They had a big closing sale with savings up to 70% off so I took a look. I decided I'd better capture this wonderful door, before it closed for good. A sad sign of the times.

c'est une belle porte, et c'est triste. la crise a touché beaucoup trop de société, j'espère que tout cela va repartir.
it is a nice door, and it is sad. crisis touched far too many society, I hope that all that was gone to leave again.

Unfortunately, an all too common sight these days.

Sad to see another closure. I'm glad you got a shot of the door though. It's quite colorful!

The colors are so bright and fun on that door! Why doesn't everyone paint their doors like this?

Sounds like it must have been a nice store with its heart in the right place. And to judge by the door, they certainly took the time to make their place look unique.

Beautiful bold image, to represent such a grey day. Always saddens me when places like this close in a community and multi national go from strength to strength.

Oh, I am sad about this place closing. I have not been in a long time and I feel guilty for not shopping there more often. Pretty photo of the door!
