Today it makes me smile as it reminds me that very soon I'll be dining in Paree.......France! I will have some good photographer friends that will share some of their work both here in B'ham and around the state as well. I hope you will like the virtual sidetrips. Saw something similar in New England the other week - "Le Chateau - Italian Family Cuisine".
Unfortunately still in business....
Bon voyage, mon amie! I wish that I was going to be there with you again this time. May you have clear skies and a happy camera!
Bisous,

Have a good trip! I'll look forward to seeing what captures your eye in Paris.
I love the way the shadows make the letters tell a different story. Such an interesting capture. Have a fabulous time in Paris!!!
This is very nice. Love this kind of shot!
Fun ..
I'm not back from Paris a month and yet I am soooooo jealous. I'm sure you'll have a fabulous time and of course I anxiously await your photos on your Paris blog.
Ken Mac would love this sign.
Eleanor,

Hiker,
He would!!
JB - New England and you couldn't come south? My lip is poked out!
Wasn't there a popular song after WW I called How Yo Gonna Keep 'Em Down On The Farm After They've Seen Paree? B'ham isn't a farm but I guess it's close enough for you.
This restaurant may have been good (we have a couple of defunct gems here, too) but the owners couldn't spell in French worth a damn.
