Today, in an effort to make all of the people happy, some of the time, I offer up two tunes for you. Some of you will enjoy John Lennon's Power to the People, and others will probably opt for Blue Skies by Willie Nelson. You know who you are! ( And my guess is that JB will either love them both or hate them both. Hide and watch!)
Oops, sorry about the technical difficulties with the links this am. I don't know why John won't sing for you. I've fiddled with it and guess you'll have to Google him!

Complicated! I always and forever marvel at how repairmen know where and how these wires connecting our essential services deliver to us.
Looks a bit like an elevated view of the wires behind my router, computer, tv, dvd player..... :)
Love them both, natch.
Drove from LA to Las Vegas on the spur of the moment to see Willy Nelson.
Couldn't front up 3 months worth of pocket money to see the Beatles in Auckland in 1964.
(You could have used Daniel Lanois twice "The power of one" and "Under a stormy sky
Reminds me of Mexico where power lines are all over the place, often marring the scenery in some neighborhoods.
What a great shot. I think I would not have seen the potential and sat there moaning about all the @#*@%$ wires!
Love both the songs. Old Willie is my favorite, though! Wonder if he's out of jail yet?
Not the place to fly a kite. ;)
nice, and i love the title you gave it!
This is practically pristine compared to India. (John Lennon's on the fritz.)
If you'd shot that here this morning it would be all covered in snow ..
je suis opposé aux fils électriques .
enterrez les !!
right on!
What can I say...Willie's the Man!!!
Anybody ever hear the story of Willie being so drunk, when he went to bed his then wife wrapped him up in the sheet and hit him with a baseball bat??? I do believe she was a bit ticked off!!!
Great shot with a perfect title!
Inspired!
If you can't get rid of them, embrace them!
(Do you ever go to Flickr? Did you see the video of traffic at 31 and Shades Crest Rd?)
Wow, V. Only you could make wires look this good.
So that the clouds don't fall through!
