 Leaf n Petal at the Summit has these wonderful trees. They aren't your usual but the wide spaced branches make decorating easy.  Tis the season!

Fall is finally showing her stuff in Birmingham although most of our trees are just thinking about changing colors. I did a little walk about at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens this week and found this glorious Japanese Maple at Leaf 'n Petal's garden shop there.

 last week, but thankfully we are back to sunny skies and spring like weather.  I took a little morning stroll through the Botanical Gardens today.  

Three Crosses

Today is Good Friday for Christians around the world. I thought these simple porcelain bisque crosses  adorned with dogwood blossoms were a nice reminder of this day.
