Unsettling Skyline

After a full day of pouring rain, I spotted this eerie sunset. I drove up to the nearest hillside, threw the camera on top of the car and did my best. I hope this isn't a foreshadowing of more rambunctious storms to come.

Only yesterday did I even see a decent evening sky...it had been overcast and snowy.... This is spooky, but I like it!

Bonjour Virginia! It was wonderful seeing you again in Paris. As always, love your photographs/blog. Don't forget I'm still waiting to get an article out of you for our many readers at World Photo Adventure! ;-) Love, B.

Nice sunset -- with a very watery look!

I certainly hope not. The eerie ominous look is enough.

Smoky clouds and all...

Weird! One would swear there was a big fire in the background.

As for your not slowing down, well, I can't help 'cause I have the same problem. When I go into a bookstore, I can never sit down and read...I mean, there are so many books I need to check out and maybe buy...

Scary weird but oh so well snapped!

Oh, I hope it is. You'll get even cooler pix. I like that the foreground buildings are a little out of focus - makes it yet more eerie.

Fab-you-loso!

That's pretty much how I got my shot, driving around trying to find SOMETHING! Did you have sunshine today? We did. Hooray!
