I spotted these aged to perfection green shutters at my friend Billy Angell's Oak Street Garden Shop in Crestline Village. They are all "peely" and crusty, but I like 'em a whole lot!!

Oh, my gawd. This is gorgeous. Does Billy have a "branch" of his garden shop in Pasadena?
Looks just like some of the old shutters in Menton, except for the colour. A beautiful shot.
To me, it just screams "Old South."
I think you'd like mine, then.
Why haven't I found this garden shop?
I'll have to check this out! Great photo!
Oh, very nice! Lovin the textures.
beautiful peeled and crusty! :) and I love the color
I adore old peeling paint and shutters. Great photo.
Those shutters made me shudder...and want to reach for my camera and press the shutter.
Ok, I'll shutter up now!
Jacob! HAR :)
Petrea,
I've emailed Billy's wife and asked her about a "branch"!
Fabulous! If it's not rusty, it's gotta' be crusty!
MMMMMMMerci.
Aged to perfection...I want crusty old shutters of my very own :]
All I will say is Paris has certainly left it's mark on you.
