Frosting

Today, I'm hoping to be on my way to Paris. The weatherman has predicted snow again, AGAIN in Birmingham!! Well I'm sorry I'll miss that, but I've posted so many photos from last December's morning of snow that maybe it's best I'm not there to take more! I fear I've pushed the limits, but that said, I'm sharing one more, just ONE more from that glorious morning. La neige est trés belle!

Hi, Virginia! You're off to Paris and I have returned to Belgrade. I hope to get up to Paris in the spring...wanna come back?

I've browsed your photos since I was gone and can't comment on all, but I've seen 'em.

Amuse-toi a Paris! (Sorry; can't place the accent grave on 'a'!)

A gorgeous photograph, Virginia. Have a great trip. I wouldn't count on no snow in Europe but at least hope you don't have rain - in any case, you'll love it - it's Paris after all.

Merci everyone. It's snowing here in Cincinnati and you Alabamians will understand my "snow anxiety" as Mary called it this morning. I'm use to my city shutting down, but it looks ok here and our plane has left paris and will be here for us at 2:30. We hopefully board around 6.

Ciel,
I put Peter in charge of la néige for my visit and he apparently has delivered in fine style. Don't know if it will still be on the ground when we arrive Friday morning, but it's the thought that counts! HA

B2,
Moi aussi :)

Bibi,
Great to see you back with us. Your trip to India was amazing!

Hopefully you will be hearing from me by Friday sometime!

All I've seen so far here are snow flurries, but they only lasted for mere minutes.. I hope it snows! Or else our school system will have shut down for nothing. I love how Alabama schools freak out over what could just end up being slush on the roads. Ah, Alabama.

I love the black and white picture, especially how the white snow contrasts against the black metal. :)

I assume you're rooting for TX - not Alabama.
It's been chilly here in Southern Cal too.
