From the Balcony

My usual seat on Sunday is not in the balcony, but last Christmas Eve, I sat up there and thought these lights would make a nice photo. I returned another day and took this photograph. The sunlight streaming through the stained glass window was a real bonus.

How glorious. The lights have a very different feel about them to many churches and absolutely beautiful.

See, now I'd have these in the dining room but J. wouldn't dream of it. So we still haven't replaced the ugly ones that came with the house.

Gorgeous light. They look like antique spaceships. Close encounters of another kind.
