Games People Play

I love the Bottle Tree. It's a photographer's dream, what with the vintage album covers on the tables, old TV shows playing on the big screen, and its hilarious and very electic decor. Today's photo is a prime example. Anyone care to challenge me to a rousing game of Hungry, Hungry Hippos???

PS - the photo is lovely, evoking exactly the place you describe, marvellous shadow work.

I used to be good at Hungry Hippos. I'm game! Good photo, and I like your new banner, too.

Our family is into the game SEQUENCE. Even our grandkids can participate. There are so many good ones out there, old and new. Did you get the snow???(judging from your header shot).

I understand hippos can be very disagreeable when they are hungry.

I've never been to the bottle tree. It looks like the sort of place you'd like to spend the afternoon.

Hiker,
Well I'm sure not going to take on this crowd in Scrabble! :)

Olivier,
Merci, moi aussi. Les ombres est trés belle au le Bottle Tree! ( I'm sure mon francais est trés mal!!! )

Daryl,
Actually the header shot is a big fat overexposed little number that actually worked! HA

Steviewren,
And if you are a vegand by any chance, their menu will make you very happy as well!

Bibi,
you're on!

B2, Yes I've heard that too!

Tash and Bratt,
The shadows that afternoon were amazing. I have one more left I've not shown you. I'm headed back next Friday to meet friends and will see what else i can find.

Lori,
I've seen that game and wondered. Maybe I'll buy it to have here for the kiddos when they come.
