Birmingham Rouge - May I Have This Dance?

Oh I love this "job"! I get to meet the best people and crash Valentine's Dances as well!!! Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing a mighty young group of seniors that meet each week at the Community Ed South, for dancing, and dance they did!  One of the members does double duty as the DJ and sneaks in a dance or two himself.  Many thanks to Director Gail Smith for inviting me, and to everyone there that made me feel so welcome.

Gail obviously invited you to de-skew the demographics....
That's a compliment in case you're wondering
(Saw a program last week about zimmer frame dancing classes. I kid you not)

I had to return to make a comment about the dancing lady in red. I noted that she has a V neckline on a sleeveless dress. How many women that age will wear something that revealing instead of disguising any signs of age with sleeves and high necklines. Bravo for her!!

Yes Kate, I agree. Didn't she look just great!

Thank you everyone for your comments. I know the "dancers" will love to read them.

Is red the house color or was it just for Valentine's Day? I hope I have this much energy if I last so long.
